Territory is a liquid fusion of a Europe and Asia – This golden
Pilsner has subtle flavour of malt and rice with a crisp taste and
pleasant mouthfeel that slowly gives way to hop aromas. The cereal
flavours are chased by cascading grassy, floral, and fruity notes
so characteristic for finest aroma hops.
Nine Dragons Pale Ale - ABV

Nine Dragons Pale Ale is made of
9 choice ingredients - a ruby-coloured beer with full malt
character boasting of beautiful notes of toasted bread, caramel and
toffee that is matched by equally complex hop character. Various
hop varieties impart lingering bitterness and unique citrus and
exotic fruit aromas.
Double Hoppiness IPA - ABV 6,8 %
Double Hoppiness IPA is like
enjoying a sunset over Lamma Island – a fierce red- coloured
classic India Pale Ale - twice as strong and twice as hoppy,
blessed with huge amounts of aroma hops and powerful bitterness
that are balanced beautifully by the sweetness and rich mouthfeel
of superb floor-malted grains.
Fist of Fury Black Lager - ABV
5,6%
Fist of Fury is pitch dark as the
night and strong like a Dragon. A Black Lager with full malt
flavour and notes of biscuit and roasted malt, followed by hints of
coffee and chocolate. The finish is balanced by spicy and floral
aromas of German and Czech hops. Smooth, rich, with silky white
foam, and very drinkable.
Illumillusion Saison - ABV 6,0 %
Illumillusion is like a walk
along Victoria Harbour by night, full of lights, reflections, and
illusions. A spectacle of flavours and aromas. This beer is a
Belgian Saison in the tradition of Farmhouse Ales, with strong
cereal character, followed by citrus and fruity notes derived from
exotic American and New Zealand aroma hops.
